These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.marginflu.com and the Marginflu service. By using the site or activating a trial, the user accepts these terms.
The Marginflu service is provided by Tuttoverde S.r.l., with registered office at Via Alessandro Fortis 2, Zona Bassette, 48123 Ravenna (RA), VAT and tax code 02207890399, REA RA-180957, PEC tuttoverde@pec.it, in the person of its legal representative Andrea Merendi. “Marginflu” is a trademark/project of Tuttoverde S.r.l.
Marginflu is a repricing service for the ManoMano marketplace: through the marketplace's official APIs it allows competitors to be analysed and the user's prices to be updated automatically according to the rules and margins the user sets.
To use the service you must create an account by providing truthful and up-to-date information. A 14-day free trial is available, with no credit card; at the end, the user can choose whether to activate a paid plan. The user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials.
The plans and their prices are shown on the site's pricing page. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are expressed in euros and are exclusive of VAT. The annual rate requires advance payment. The owner reserves the right to update prices, giving notice; changes do not affect periods already paid.
The subscription has the duration corresponding to the chosen plan. There are no multi-year commitments: the user may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period already paid. Cancellation does not give the right to a refund of periods in progress, except as provided by mandatory rules.
The user undertakes to use the service in compliance with the law and the terms of the ManoMano marketplace, not to make unlawful use of it or use that harms third-party rights, and to keep the cost and margin data needed for correct repricing up to date.
The service updates prices on the basis of the rules and parameters set by the user, who remains solely responsible for their pricing strategies, margins and compliance with applicable regulations (including price-indication rules). The owner does not guarantee specific sales or positioning results and works to ensure service continuity, without however guaranteeing the absence of interruptions due to technical causes or external factors (including changes to the marketplace APIs). To the extent permitted by law, the owner's liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
The site, the software, the Marginflu trademark and the related content are the property of Tuttoverde S.r.l. or their respective owners and are protected by applicable laws. Reproduction without authorisation is not permitted.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
The owner may amend these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. Continued use of the service after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Ravenna has jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer jurisdiction where applicable.
